Norte Luxury Villas is in Agioi Apostoloi, by Stomio beach on the east coast of Evia, Greece’s second-largest island. You never need to set foot on a plane or a long ferry to reach us: Evia is joined to the mainland by two bridges at Chalkida, so most of our guests drive straight from Athens Airport to the villas in a little over two hours. Here is how to get to Norte, step by step, with tips from our own guests.

Our address

Norte Luxury Villas, Agiou Georgiou 3, Agioi Apostoloi 340 17, Evia, Greece. Open the location in Google Maps and save it before you set off.

Option 1: Drive from Athens Airport to Norte (recommended)

Renting a car at Athens International Airport (Eleftherios Venizelos) is the easiest choice, and you will want a car anyway to explore the beaches and villages around us. The drive to the villas takes around 2 hours 15 minutes in normal traffic.

  • Leave the airport on Attiki Odos and join the national road towards Lamia (A1).
  • Exit for Chalkida and cross onto Evia over one of the two Chalkida bridges.
  • Follow the coastal road south-east through Eretria and Aliveri, then continue towards Kymi until you see signs for Agioi Apostoloi and Petries.
  • In Agioi Apostoloi, follow the map pin to Agiou Georgiou 3: the villas are right by Stomio beach.

The roads are paved all the way and the last stretch is a scenic drive through olive groves and hills down to the Aegean. At Norte you will find free private parking and an on-site fast EV charger (64 A) that can charge two cars at the same time, so electric rental cars are no problem.

Option 2: Ferry from Oropos to Eretria

If you prefer a short sea crossing, drive (or take a taxi) from the airport to Oropos, north of Athens. Ferries cross to Eretria very frequently, roughly every half hour in season, and the crossing takes about 20 minutes. From Eretria it is around an hour’s drive to Norte Luxury Villas. Many families enjoy this route because the ferry is a fun break for children. Check current timetables on the ferry operators’ websites before you travel.

Option 3: Bus or train

Without a car you can still reach Evia. Trains run from Athens to Chalkida, and KTEL Evias buses connect Athens with towns across the island, including the Kymi line. Public transport to Agioi Apostoloi itself is limited, so we recommend a taxi for the last part of the journey to the villas. Send us a message and we will gladly help you plan it.

Option 4: Private transfer to the villas

For the most relaxing start to your holiday, book a private taxi or transfer from the airport straight to Norte Luxury Villas. It is the most expensive option, but door-to-door and ideal for late arrivals or groups with lots of luggage. Ask us and we can recommend a local driver.

Tips for a smooth arrival at Norte

  • Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out until 11:00. If your flight lands early, stop for lunch by the sea in Eretria or Chalkida on the way.
  • Download offline maps before you leave the airport, as mobile signal can drop in the hills.
  • Fill up the tank in Chalkida or Aliveri; there are fewer petrol stations near the coast.
  • Travelling with a baby? A cot and high chair are available on request.
  • Let us know your estimated arrival time so we can welcome you.

Is the journey worth it?

Absolutely. In about the same time it takes to reach a busy island by ferry, you arrive at a quiet beach village where your villa has its own private pool and the sea is a few steps away. Have a look at our villas, read our guide to the hidden beaches nearby, and remember that booking direct on our website is guaranteed 10% cheaper than on other platforms.
