• Bedrooms & bathrooms: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower
• Beds: downstairs bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a double; upstairs bedroom with a super king bed (1.80 × 2.00 m)
• Living room: armchairs and a double sofa bed that converts into two separate single beds (the second bed pulls out from underneath, with its own mattress)
• Air conditioning: 3 heating and cooling units, one in each bedroom and a larger one for the kitchen and living room
• Wi-Fi: available throughout the villa
• TV: 2 × 32-inch Smart TVs, one in each bedroom
• Kitchen: fully equipped, with dining table and chairs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, pots and pans, plates and glasses, kettle and toaster
• Coffee: filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, with Nespresso capsules refilled daily according to the number of guests
• Bathrooms: heated towel rail and heated LED-lit mirror

Pool heating

The pool can be heated on request, at €40 per night. The first 24 hours, while the pool warms up, are free of charge.
